I’ve been experiencing muscle twitches throughout my body for several months. It is a quick jolt or flutter and can be mild to extremely startling. It mostly happens while I sleep or when I’m very relaxed, but I’ve also noticed it in my feet while standing or walking.

It affects most parts of my body. Once my jaw felt a “zap” and my mouth involuntarily open wide, held that way and ... The twitches are mostly on my left side but they have been pretty much all over. One time my upper lip quivered for like five minutes but that stopped.
